In September 2024, we expanded our services by opening a visiting office in Savusavu, further enhancing accessibility for our clients in the region.

Ms. Artika Lata is a versatile legal expert specializing across multiple legal fields. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice (PDLP) from the University of the South Pacific and has five years of post-bar admission experience, currently pursuing her further legal studies in Australia. Leading Artika Legal with dedication and excellence, she specializes in civil, family, criminal, company, conveyancing, visa applications, and commercial law.
Senior Associate
Mr. Sharma is a distinguished barrister and solicitor renowned for his exceptional legal acumen and unwavering commitment to justice. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Professional Diploma in Legal Practice (PDLP) from the University of the South Pacific and with nearly four years of post bar admission experience in all areas of law, specializing mostly in criminal defence, corporate law, company law, family law and civil litigation, he has successfully represented numerous clients, earning a reputation for his strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail. He is not only recognized for his courtroom prowess but also for his ability to negotiate favourable settlements out of court. His dedication to client advocacy and strong legal representation, combined with a deep understanding of legal nuances, makes him one of the best lawyers in the field today.

She is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Law (LLB) at Fiji National University. Shailja brings dedication and efficiency to the firm with her 4 years of experience working in legal field.
Mr Lal is the Conveyancing Officer and the longest-serving staff member of Artika Legal. He specializes in all conveyancing matters and general office administration. His dedication and experience makes him a valued asset to the firm.
Ms Suzan Ben is Associate at Artika Legal in our Savusavu Branch. She has fair knowledge and practice in civil, criminal litigation followed by further practice in company law area and commercial law , family matters, adoption , probate matters and conveyancing
